0.6 cup grated cheese, strong and ripe

An easy-made sausage stew, particularly liked by the younger members of the family and perfect when you have hungry children waiting for dinner on the table. Fry vegetables together with Falu sausage or the like and blend in a can of white beans in tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes and broccoli florets. Sounds simple, is delicious.

Serves 6

14 oz frozen broccoli florets
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper

Sauté bell pepper and onion in some fat in a pot. Cut each rather thick sausage slice in 4 parts. Serves 4

1 lb minced chicken
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
0.2 cup sweet chili sauce
0.2 cup dried breadcrumbs
salt, pepper
oil for frying
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Heat up a frying pan with lots of oil and fry the meatballs until nicely colored all around. Add tomato paste and honey and continue frying for a couple of minutes.

Shred the leek and save some for decoration. Add crushed tomatoes, shredded leek and water to the pan. Simmer over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes and flavor to taste with salt and pepper.
