LOVELY CHOCOLATE CAKE
Härlig chokladkaka
1 cake, approx 12 pieces
1/3 cup light muscovado sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 ¾ cups oats
¾ cup coconut flakes
Break the chocolate in smaller pieces and melt it over a hot waterbath or on low effect in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Stir together fat and muscovado sugar and add cocoa, oats and coconut flakes. Last, add the melted chocolate and work to a smooth mixture.

new costume and a little extra luscious with melted milk chocolate in the
batter.

Dress a
round pan or a bowl, diameter approx 6½ inches, with plastic foil. Sprinkle
a layer of coconut flakes in the bottom, then press out the chocolate mixture
to a cake in an even layer. Last, sprinkle with remaining coconut and put in
the fridge to set.
Cut the
cold cake and serve in pieces, or serve it whole so that each can cut his/her
own piece of cake.
This is a
variety of the Swedish favourite cake “Kärleksmums”, which is basically this
cake with coconut flakes just on top.
