Pork chops with tomato chutney - Fläskkotletter med tomatchutney (retro)

PORK CHOPS WITH TOMATO CHUTNEY
Fläskkotletter med tomatchutney

4 servings

4 large pork chops
salt, white pepper
flour
1 egg
dried breadcrumbs
oil
1 lemon
canned anchovy fillets
ready made tomato chutney
boiled rice


Flavour the pork chops with some salt and pepper and coat them in flour, then in beaten egg and last in dried breadcrumbs mixed with some salt. Fry them in hot oil in a small pot or frying pan. Serve with a slice of lemon and one curled up anchovy fillet on top, just like a wiener schnitzel. Boiled rice and a good tomato chutney or a well flavoured tomato sauce is nice with these chops.
