4 cups strawberries
2 nectarines
lemon balm
Put one meringue layer in a springform pan. Make the strawberry fromage according to package instructions. Leave in peace for about 10 minutes. Spread fromage on the meringue layer, slice half of the strawberries and put them on top, put on the other meringue layer and cover with remaining fromage. Store cold for a few hours.

is made in just a second, looks fantastic and is dreamy in all its simplicity.
If you can find ready-made fromage it’s even quicker.

1 ready-made meringue layer (in two)
1 package strawberry fromage4 cups strawberries

Top with lots of strawberries and also nectarines
cut in pieces or wedges. Decorate with lemon balm.
