CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY SQUARES
Chokladrutor med hallon

28 squares

1/2 lb butter or margarine
5 eggs
2 cups sugar
1½ cups flour
¾ cup cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2½ oz chopped almonds
approx 4 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen and unthawed
flaked Almonds


Heat the oven to 350F.

Melt the fat and remove from heat. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix the dry ingredients except for the flaked almonds and stir this into the batter alternating with the fat.

Spread out the batter in a small roasting pan, approx 10 x 14 inches, with baking paper. Put on the raspberries and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes. Allow to cool and cut in squares.

Serve with some whipped cream.
