CINNAMON COOKIES
Ljusa kanelbröd
2 eggs
1 tablespoon heavy cream
2½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
saltC
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Stir fat and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Add the
eggs, one by one, and then cream. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Stir the
flour mixture into the batter and stir until smooth. Leave to set in the fridge
for about 1 hour.
Let the cookies cool on a rack and then keep them in airtight jars.

Ljusa kanelbröd
You get approx 60 lovely cookies if you make one
batch according to this recipe. Store them in airtight jars or freeze them and
take out a few at a time.
Approx 60 cookies
7 oz butter or margarine
1 ¼ cup sugar2 eggs
1 tablespoon heavy cream
2½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
saltC
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Roll the
dough to balls and roll them in the cinnamon sugar. Put them with about 1 inch
in between on baking paper plates. Bake in the middle of the oven at 390F for 7 to 8 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on a rack and then keep them in airtight jars.
