SPICY BARBECUE PORK CHOPS

1 tablespoon Chinese soy sauce
1 crushed garlic clove
1½ tablespoons runny honey
1½ tablespoons French mustard
1 to 1½ teaspoons grated horseradish
1 tablespoon oil
Wipe off the pork chops and make a couple of cuts in
the rind. Put them on a plate. Blend together the ingredients for the marinade
and pour it over the meat. Marinate in room temperature for about 4 hours or at
least 8 hours in the fridge. Turn them once.
Mix chili sauce, honey, mustard, horseradish and oil. Take up the pork chops, put them in an oven-proof dish and flavour with salt and pepper. Brush them with the barbecue sauce and grill in the upper part of the oven for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until done to your liking. Brush occasionally with the barbecue sauce.

Juicy pork chops brushed with a spicy barbecue sauce
is good for both summer and winter, as you can grill them both outdoors and
indoors with the same excellent result!

2 tablespoons chili sauce1½ tablespoons runny honey
1½ tablespoons French mustard
1 to 1½ teaspoons grated horseradish
1 tablespoon oil
Mix chili sauce, honey, mustard, horseradish and oil. Take up the pork chops, put them in an oven-proof dish and flavour with salt and pepper. Brush them with the barbecue sauce and grill in the upper part of the oven for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until done to your liking. Brush occasionally with the barbecue sauce.
If you want a stronger taste, you can also flavour
the pork chops with some powdered chili or cayenne.
Serve with any kind of potatoes you
fancy, salad and bread.
