SOFT CHOCOLATE COOKIES
Mjuka chokladkakor
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
salt
¼ cup milk
4 to 5 oz baking chocolate
Stir fat and brown sugar until fluffy. Blend in the
eggs, one by one. Mix flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt and add it
to the batter, alternating with milk. Chop the chocolate and blend it in. Put
the dough in the fridge to rest for 1 to 2 hours.

These cookies are really easy to bake. You blend
chopped chocolate into the batter which makes them extra delicious.

7 oz butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
salt
¼ cup milk
4 to 5 oz baking chocolate
Drop out the batter in tablespoon-sized dabs, about
1 inch in between, on greased baking plates (or use baking paper). Bake in the
middle of the oven at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool on a
rack.
Serve and enjoy!
