RASPBERRY FROMAGE
Hallonfromage
3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup whipping cream
Dissolve the gelatin according to package
instructions. Finely crumble the raspberries in a mixer or a food processor.
Beat egg yolks and sugar until white and fluffy and blend in the raspberries.
Beat the cream and add the gelatin, then blend the cream into the raspberry
mixture.
Hallonfromage
A velvety smooth fromage with a full, delicious
taste of raspberries. This dessert is easy to make, but demands a couple of
hours in the fridge for the right texture.
4 servings
7 oz frozen, thawed raspberries
7 gelatin sheets or 3½ teaspoons gelatin powder3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup whipping cream
Decoration:
fresh raspberries
Beat the egg whites until stiff and turn them into
the raspberry mixture. Pour the fromage in a suitable bowl and let set in the
fridge for 2 to 4 hours. Decorate with fresh raspberries and serve.
