Krispiga glassrutor
Ice cream with chocolate sauce (a Swedish
favorite)? No, not this time. Here’s a new and more interesting way to serve
the ice cream!
10 to 12 squares
2 cups chocolate or vanilla ice cream
1 ¼ cups cornflakes¾ cup small almond rusks
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flaked coconut
4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Take the ice cream from the freezer and thaw it enough for you to be able to handle it.
Crumble the cornflakes and cut the almond biscuits
in small pieces. Mix cornflakes, biscuits, sugar, coconut and melted fat and
pour half of the batter in a pan, approx 8 x 8 inches, and flatten it out. Cut
the ice cream in ½ inch thick slices and cover with remaining batter.
Cover the pan with plastic foil and freeze for about
1 hour or longer. Cut in squares and serve!
Enjoy!
