Antonios Spaghetti Special

This was made now and then when I was about 10 years old (1974). It was good and somehow felt hearty and wholesome, and I have taken it up on the menu again to recall some childhood memories.

For each serving you take 2 slices salty pork, 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion and 2 to 3 tablespoons grated cheese, preferably parmesan. Shred the pork and fry until crisp, add the onion and a Little extra butter or margarine. Flavor with pepper and melt it all together.

Mix it into freshly boiled and very well drained pasta together with cheese and serve with a salad.
