Creamy Roast Beef Pasta - Krämig rostbiffspasta

CREAMY ROAST BEEF PASTA
Krämig rostbiffspasta

A Quick and easy dish that only takes around 10 minutes to make. Leftover roast beef and fresh pasta with a creamy sauce of grilled bell pepper and crème fraîche.

Serves 4

9 oz leftover roast beef, sliced thinly
5 oz fresh sugar peas
1 lb fresh tagliatelle
1 can grilled bell pepper, 7 oz
0.8 cup crème fraîche
½ teaspoon + ½ teaspoon salt
some freshly ground black pepper


Shred the meat. Trim and shred the sugar pea pods. Boil the pasta. Drain the bell pepper but save 2 tablespoons of the oil. Mix peppers and crème fraîche and flavor to taste with ½ teaspoon salt and some black pepper.

Fry roast beef and sugar peas in the reserved oil. Flavor with ½ teaspoon salt and some black pepper. Drain the pasta and mix it with the bell pepper sauce. Divide on serving plates and top with the meat mixture.
