Broccoli with Garlic, Chili and White Wine - Broccoli med vitlök, chili och vitt vin

BROCCOLI WITH GARLIC, CHILI
AND WHITE WINE
Broccoli med vitlök, chili och vitt vin

This is good with grilled fish, and you can spoon some of the juices over the fish. You can also stir it into freshly boiled pasta.

Serves 4

1 broccoli, 8.8 oz
½ tablespoon oil
1 red, finely sliced chili
4 finely sliced garlic cloves
0.4 cup white wine
salt


Split the broccoli into florets and sizzle in oil on medium heat in a frying pan for a few seconds. Add chili, garlic and wine and let it boil until dried up, about 3 minutes. The broccoli should still be "al dente". Flavor to taste with salt.
