Ground Meat Mustard Mix - Köttfräs med senap

GROUND MEAT MUSTARD MIX
Köttfräs med senap

4 servings

11 to 14 oz ground meat (50% pork, 50% beef is the best)
1 to 2 onions
1 to 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
some white pepper
2 to 3 tablespoons mustard
0.4 cup cream
chopped parsley


Peel and finely chop the onion(s). Brown lightly in the fat, add ground meat and fry while stirring until grainy and browned. Flavor with salt and white pepper.

Stir mustard and cream together and pour this in the frying pan. Stir and bring it all to a boil. Put it on a large serving plate and sprinkle with lots of chopped parsley.

Serve with raw-fried potatoes, perhaps flavored with garlic, a green salad and/or sliced tomatoes.
