Marinated Steak in Aluminum Foil - Marinerad biff i folie

MARINATED STEAK IN ALUMINUM FOIL
Marinerad biff i folie

Thin slices of beef can first be marinated and then cooked in foil in the oven or on the grill. A very quick and delicious dish!

Serves 4

8 thin slices boneless beef, e.g. top side,
in all approx 14 oz to 1 lb

Marinade:
3 tablespoons dry vermouth
3 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons Chinese soy sauce
1 chopped garlic clove
1 chopped onion
1 to 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
some white pepper

Beat together the ingredients for the marinade. Let the meat marinate for about 2 hours. Put each slice on a piece of strong aluminum foil and fold it up into tight packages so that the meat juices stays inside while cooking, either in the oven at 480F or on the grill for about 10 minutes.

Serve the packages on plates together with baked potatoes, bread and a green salad.

Enjoy!

Bella
