STRAWBERRIES WITH CREAM CREME

Serves 4
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1.2 cups whipped cream
4 cups strawberries
Beat egg whites and cream separately. Stir egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Mix the cream with the egg-sugar mixture and last fold in the egg whites and the split or quarted strawberries. Don't mix until almost before serving.
