STRAWBERRY DREAM
Jordgubbsdröm
Serves 4
4 cups strawberries
0.2 cup honey
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
0.4 cup heavy cream
0.4 cup soured cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
savoiardi biscuits or the like
Split the strawberries and put them in a bowl. Mix honey and lime zest and pour it over the berries. Blend well. Beat the cream and stir in the soured cream, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Alternate cream and strawberries with savoiardi biscuits and spoon it up into serving bowls.
Decorate with some sliced strawberries and a piece of fresh green herbs.
