Soured Cream Pannacotta - Pannacotta med gräddfil

SOURED CREAM PANNACOTTA
Pannacotta med gräddfil

A Lovely, fresh pannacotta, Always appreciated. Decorate with fresh berries.

Serves 6

2 gelatin sheets = 1 teaspoon powdered gelatin
1 vanilla pod
0.6 cup heavy cream
0.2 cup sugar
0.6 cup soured cream

For serving:
raspberries
lemon balm
biscotti


Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Bring cream, vanilla seeds and sugar to a boil, stir in the squeezed gelatin sheets and last the sour cream. Pour into serving glasses and leave to set in the fridge for about 3 hours.

Serve with raspberries, lemon balm leaves and crushed biscotti.
