PIE
Banana Split-paj
2 tablespoons sugar
3½ oz butter or margarine
3 bananas, sliced
2/3 cup whipped cream
chocolate sauce
3 tablespoons roasted coconut flakes
Chop together flour, sugar and fat to a crumbly mixture and then quickly work to a dough. Roll it out on a floured work surface to a circle, slightly bigger than the pie pan, or press it out directly in the pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake at 350F for about 15 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool.
Fill the pie with ice cream, sliced bananas and whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with flaked coconut.
