SPICY SPAGHETTI
Kryddspaghetti
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 ¾ cups milk
½ red bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
1/3 cup black olives
½ to 1 tablespoon chopped chili pepper
2 cups grated cheese
½ vegetable bouillon cube
½ teaspoon salt
white pepper
ground caraway
chili powder
a drop of tabasco
Boil the pasta in lightly salted water according to package instructions. Drain well.
Kryddspaghetti
Spaghetti with a creamy cheese sauce is a rich, delicious
dish. You can serve grilled chicken, sausages, hamburgers or cold cuts with
this.
4 to 5 servings
4 servings spaghetti
water, salt2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 ¾ cups milk
½ red bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
1/3 cup black olives
½ to 1 tablespoon chopped chili pepper
2 cups grated cheese
½ vegetable bouillon cube
½ teaspoon salt
white pepper
ground caraway
chili powder
a drop of tabasco
Boil the pasta in lightly salted water according to package instructions. Drain well.
Melt the fat in a saucepan, sprinkle with flour and
beat in the milk. Boil until it thickens. Chop the bell peppers and slice the
olives. Blend in peppers, olives, 1 ¾ cups cheese, bouillon cube, salt and
spices. Boil for a minute or so.
Alternate spaghetti and cheese sauce in a greased,
oven-proof dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in the middle of the
oven at 350F for about 20 minutes.
