THE INN’S CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Värdshusets chokladmousse
2 egg yolks
2 eggs
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
grated baking chocolate
Break the chocolate in smaller pieces and melt over
a waterbath. Stir in orange liqueur or juice and allow to cool slightly. Beat
egg yolks and eggs until foamy, add powdered sugar and continue beating until
the egg batter is light and fluffy. Gently stir in the whipped cream and then
the chocolate batter.

This chocolate mousse has a rich chocolate taste, is
sinfully delicious and also easy to make.
4 servings
6 oz baking chocolate
3 tablespoons orange liqueur or orange juice2 egg yolks
2 eggs
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Decoration:
orange slicesgrated baking chocolate
Pour the mousse into serving bowls or in a shallow
pan. Cover it and leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours or preferably
overnight. Decorate with orange slices and grated chocolate.
