ORANGE COOKIES
Småkakor med apelsinsmak
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup almonds
1/3 cup baking chocolate
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
Stir fat, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy and smooth. Stir in the egg. Mix flour and baking powder and stir it into the batter. Chop almonds and chocolate. Stir almonds, chocolate and orange zest into the batter, then drop it out with about 1 inch between on greased baking plates (or use baking paper). They float out during baking.

Approx 30 cookies
3½ oz butter or margarine

Bake in the middle of the oven at 390F for
10 to 12 minutes or until nicely coloured and a little crisp. Allow to cool
slightly on the plates, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
