4 bread rolls
2 to 3 tomatoes
1 teaspoon capers
2 cups chopped turkey or chicken breast
1 teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 ¾ cups grated cheese, e.g. Cheddar
12 slices salami
some cayenne
Mix fat and crushed garlic. Split the rolls and spread the garlic butter on the halves. Place the breads on an oven-proof dish or a baking plate and warm them in the middle of the oven at 440F for about 5 minutes.

Leftover chicken or turkey in the fridge? Then make
something really good. With salami, tomatoes and cheese you quickly make a
delicious sandwich, excellent with a glass of beer.

1 large, crushed garlic clove4 bread rolls

Mix fat and crushed garlic. Split the rolls and spread the garlic butter on the halves. Place the breads on an oven-proof dish or a baking plate and warm them in the middle of the oven at 440F for about 5 minutes.
Chop tomatoes and capers and mix with turkey and
oregano. Flavour to taste with salt. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sizzle the
mixture for a couple of minutes. Blend in half of the cheese and then divide
the mixture onto 4 of the bread halves. Put on the salami, sprinkle with
remaining cheese and some cayenne.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 440F for
about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the sandwiches are really hot.
Put on the upper halves and serve the sandwiches.
