Ground meat and blue cheese patties - Ädelostbiffar

GROUND MEAT AND BLUE CHEESE PATTIES
Ädelostbiffar

Blue cheese freshes up many a dish. These delicious patties are awesome and especially good with asparagus.

4 servings

1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup cream, 15% fat
½ teaspoon salt
pepper
¼ cup meat bouillon
½ teaspoon Chinese soy sauce
1 can green asparagus, 12 oz
3½ to 4 oz blue cheese, e.g. Gorgonzola

Blend egg, cream, salt and pepper into the ground meat and stir until smooth. Shape into 12 patties and put them in an oven-proof dish. Mix bouillon and soy sauce and pour it in the dish. Cook the patties in the middle of the oven at 200°C/390F for about 10 minutes.

Divide the asparagus on top of the patties and top with slices of blue cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C/390F for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.

Serve with Hasselback potatoes and shredded salad and enjoy!
