MARINATED ORANGES
Marinerade apelsiner
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Peel the oranges very carefully so that nothing of
the white skin is left on. Cut in thin slices and put them on a dish. Mix
orange liqueur and fruit juices. Sprinkle the oranges with brown sugar and pour
on the alcohol mixture. Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Marinerade apelsiner
A refreshing, light dessert – oranges marinated in
liqueur. This is a really healthy dish, low in calories and rich in vitamin C.
4 servings
5 to 6 oranges
2 tablespoons orange liqueur2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Decoration:
chopped nuts or grated orange zest
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or orange zest and serve
with (if you like) whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
