VITAMIN DRINKS
Vitamindrinkar

Delicious and healthy drinks for breakfast, lunch or as a refreshing in-between snack.

1 glass of each

CARROT DRINK
Morotsdrink

½ apple
2/3 cup carrot juice
juice from ½ orange
a sprig of the carrot leaves
or parsley for decoration

TUTTI FRUTTI DRINK

1 kiwifruit
¼ mango
1/3 cup apple juice
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
a piece of mango or kiwi
for decoration

VEGETABLE DRINK
Grönsaksdrink

1/3 cup vegetable juice
1/3 cup pineapple and orange juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
cucumber or lemon slices
for decoration

Carrot drink

Peel, core and cut the apple in pieces. Mix apple, carrot juice and orange juice in a mixer or food processor. Mix until the apple is finely chopped. Pour the drink in a glass, decorate and serve.

Tuttifrutti drink

Peel kiwi and mango and cut them in pieces. Finely chop the fruit in a mixer or food processor and pour in a glass. Fill up with apple juice and flavour to taste with lemon juice. Decorate with a piece of fruit and serve.

Vegetable drink

Mix vegetable juice, pineapple-orange juice and parsley. Flavour to taste with lemon juice. Pour in a glass, decorate and serve.
