5 to 6 oz leek
2 cans tuna in water, 6 oz each
1 to 1½ tablespoons butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 ¼ cups soured cream
1½ cups grated cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
½ to 1 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
Boil the macaroni in lightly salted water according to package instructions. Drain well. Shred the leek and drain the tuna. Melt the fat in a saucepan and sizzle the leek for a few minutes.

A good, filling pasta dish with tuna and leek, and
very easy to make at that!

Boiled pasta for 4 people, e.g. macaroni

Boil the macaroni in lightly salted water according to package instructions. Drain well. Shred the leek and drain the tuna. Melt the fat in a saucepan and sizzle the leek for a few minutes.
Mix eggs, soured cream, 1 cup cheese, parsley, salt
and pepper. Mix macaroni, leek, tuna and the egg mixture and pour it in a
greased, oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in the middle
of the oven at 390 to 440F for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
