1 ¼ cups milk
1/3 cup cream, 15% fat
2½ teaspoons Maizena
¼ to ½ chicken bouillon cube
2/3 cup grated cheese
¾ cup frozen peas
salt, pepper
Thinly
shred the sausage. Melt the fat in a saucepan and sizzle the sausage for 3 to 5
minutes. Add milk, cream, Maizena and bouillon cube and boil for 3 to 5
minutes. Add cheese and peas and boil until peas are tender. Flavour to taste
with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle
with lots of chopped parsley and serve with pasta or rice, bread and a salad.
