Gott från igår
A strange name for a dish but this is made from
left-over boiled potatoes. A delicious potato gratin which is very quick and
easy to make.
4 servings
8 to 10 boiled, cold potatoes
5 oz smoked ham1/3 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
1 cup cream, 27% fat (or thereabouts)
4 tablespoons chili sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Decoration:
parsley
Dab the cream out on top of the potatoes and bake in
the upper part of the oven at 250°C/480F for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with
chopped parsley and serve the gratin with bread, cheese and a salad.
You can substitute the ham with leftover fried or
boiled meat or chicken. You can also sprinkle with grated cheese before baking.
Enjoy!
