BACON ROLLS
Bacondolmar
½ teaspoon salt
black pepper
2 boiled, cold potatoes
1/3 cup milk
Blend the ground meat with salt and black pepper. Add the puréed potatoes (or some leftover mashed potatoes if you have) and milk and work until smooth. Put the bacon slices next to each other and spread the ground meat on top. Roll up and secure each roulade with a toothpick. Brown the bacon rolls in a frying pan without any fat and fry on low heat for a few minutes.
A thin slice of cheese on top of the ground meat before rolling it up adds some good taste, as does an anchovy fillet.
