CREAMY LOW-FAT DRESSING
Krämig lättdressing
1 teaspoon grated horseradish
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon dill
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
celery salt
black pepper
Pour the yogurt through the coffee filter until ¼ cup has drained off. Finely grate the horseradish and chop parsley and
dill. Mix this with the mayonnaise and the drained yogurt and flavour with mustard,
celery salt and black pepper.
Krämig lättdressing
Keep this delicious low-fat dressing at hand in the
fridge! It’s good with salads of course, but also with cold meat and fish dishes.

1 ¼ cups plain yogurt, 3% fat
1 coffee filter (not for eating of course!!!)1 teaspoon grated horseradish
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon dill
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
celery salt
black pepper
Pour the dressing in a jar with a tight lid or in a
bottle. It can be stored in the fridge for about 1 week. If you are to serve
the dressing the same day, you should let it draw for at least 1 hour before
serving.
It’s also good to use mint and other chopped herbs
in this dressing. Then omit the horseradish and you get a milder taste, more
suitable for dipping raw vegetables.
