Hot chocolate - Varm choklad

HOT CHOCOLATE
Varm choklad

Nothing can taste better on a cold day than a cup of steaming hot chocolate. Flavour with orange or cinnamon and top with whipped cream.

1 cup of each

Orange chocolate:
juice from 1 orange
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons cocoa
3 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons whipped cream
grated orange zest

Heat orange juice and milk to boiling point in a saucepan. Stir cocoa and sugar in a cup, pour on some milk and stir until the cocoa has dissolved. Add remaining milk. Top with a generous dab of whipped cream, sprinkle with grated orange zest and serve.

Cinnamon chocolate:
¾ cup milk
2 teaspoons cocoa
3 teaspoons brown sugar
1½ teaspoons vanilla sugar
ground cinnamon
cinnamon stick (not necessarily)

Heat up the milk to boiling point in a saucepan. Stir together cocoa, brown sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a cup. Pour on some of the milk and stir until the cocoa has dissolved. Pour on remaining milk and serve, perhaps with a cinnamon stick in the cup and some whipped cream on top?
