Spaghetti with Falu sausage - Spaghetti med bräckt falukorv (retro)

SPAGHETTI WITH FALU SAUSAGE
Spaghetti med bräckt falukorv

4 servings

Spaghetti for 4 
water, salt
10 oz Falu sausage or 7 oz lightly smoked ham
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3½ oz grated, mild cheese
3 tablespoons cream

Boil the spaghetti in lots of lightly salted water and drain it.

Dice the sausage or the ham and quickly fry them up in the hot pot together with fat and Parmesan cheese. Pour the well-drained spaghetti in the pot and blend really well.

Spread the mixture out on an oven-proof dish, sprinkle with the grated, mild cheese and drizzle the cream over it all. Bake in the middle part of the oven at 275°C/525F until nicely colored on the surface.

Serve the spaghetti with a fresh, light green salad.
