SPAGHETTI WITH FALU SAUSAGE
Spaghetti med bräckt falukorv
10 oz Falu sausage or 7 oz lightly smoked ham
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3½ oz grated, mild cheese
3 tablespoons cream
Boil the spaghetti in lots of lightly salted water
and drain it.

Spaghetti for 4

Dice the sausage or the ham and quickly fry them up
in the hot pot together with fat and Parmesan cheese. Pour the well-drained
spaghetti in the pot and blend really well.
Spread the mixture out on an oven-proof dish,
sprinkle with the grated, mild cheese and drizzle the cream over it all. Bake
in the middle part of the oven at 275°C/525F until nicely colored on the surface.
Serve the spaghetti with a fresh, light green salad.
