ANTON’S FAVOURITE SAUSAGE
Antons favoritkorv
1/3 cup canned corn
¾ cup whipping cream
4 to 5 tablespoons mustard
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ to ¾ teaspoon salt
white pepper
1 cup grated cheese
Split the sausages and transfer them to a greased
oven-proof dish. Put peas and corn on top of the sausages. Beat the cream until
thick, blend in mustard and parsley and flavour to taste with salt and pepper.
Dab the mustard cream over the sausages and sprinkle with grated cheese.

This favourite with ”prince sausages” (frankfurter
type sausages but about 1/3 of their length) is really well liked, especially
by the younger members of the family. Of course you can instead use Falu
sausage or some other kind.
4 servings
16 to 20 “prince sausages”, approx 14 oz
¾ cup green peas1/3 cup canned corn
¾ cup whipping cream
4 to 5 tablespoons mustard
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ to ¾ teaspoon salt
white pepper
1 cup grated cheese
Decoration:
parsley
Bake in the middle of the oven at 440F or
until coloured. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve this favourite sausages
with mashed or boiled potatoes and shredded iceberg lettuce.
