Make the custard according to package instructions, or make your own. Slice the bananas but save one for decoration. Alternate meringues, custard and banana slices in a bowl.

A quick-fixed dessert, very easy to make. Serve
immediately, since the meringues go mushy if you leave them for too long.
4 to 6 servings
1 ¾ cups ready-made custard
3 bananas16 meringues
Decoration:
1 cup heavy creamroasted coconut flakes (optional)
Make the custard according to package instructions, or make your own. Slice the bananas but save one for decoration. Alternate meringues, custard and banana slices in a bowl.
Beat the cream and pipe or spread it over the dessert.
Place banana slices over the surface and sprinkle with toasted flaked coconut,
if you wish. Serve.
If you feel like it, you can blend 1 can of
well-drained apricots into the dessert. It’s also good with chocolate sauce.
