CHEESE SALAD WITH ORANGE DRESSING
Ostsallad med apelsindressing

Cheese cubes rolled in orange zest gives a lovely flavour to this salad. The grapes and dressing make it juicy.

4 servings

7 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
grated zest from 2 oranges
6 to 7 oz grapes
½ to 1 head green salad

Orange dressing:
1 tablespoon mustard
½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
¼ cup fresh orange juice
salt
black pepper
cayenne
1/3 cup oil

Decoration:
¼ cup toasted, flaked almonds

Cut the cheese in cubes and turn them in the orange zest. Split the grapes and remove all the pips. Shred the lettuce, put it on a serving plate and put on cheese cubes and grapes.

Mix mustard, vinegar, orange juice, salt, pepper and cayenne and blend in the oil. Pour some of the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with flaked almonds and serve with the remaining dressing separately.

You can make a smaller batch of this salad and serve as an entrée with toast.
