COD IN A JIFFY
Torsk på lätt sätt

With the help of whipped cream, chili sauce and spices, the ordinary frozen cod becomes a real delicacy.

4 servings

1 1/3 lbs frozen fillets of cod
salt, pepper
1 can mussels
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup chopped dill
salt
cayenne

Decoration:
dill


Thaw the fish so that you can cut it in pieces. Put the pieces in a greased, oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper and cover with aluminum foil. Boil the fish in the middle of the oven at 390F for 15 to 20 minutes and pour off the juice in the pan. Put the mussels on top of and around the fish.

Beat the cream half-thick and blend in chili sauce, dill, salt and cayenne. Drop the mixture on top of the fish and bake in the upper part of the oven, same temperature, for 15 to 20 minutes. Decorate with some dill sprigs and serve.
