COD WITH DILL CREAM
Torsk med dillgrädde
½ teaspoon salt
white pepper
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
¾ fish bouillon cube
1/3 cup chopped dill
Rinse and wipe off the fish fillets and put them in a greased, oven-proof dish. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish and marinate for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

An easy-made and simple fish dish with a delicious
taste. Ideal if you have unexpected dinner guests!

1 1/3 lbs fillets of cod
fresh juice from ½ lemon½ teaspoon salt
white pepper
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
¾ fish bouillon cube
1/3 cup chopped dill
Rinse and wipe off the fish fillets and put them in a greased, oven-proof dish. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish and marinate for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat the cream and dissolve the bouillon cube in it.
Add dill and flavour to taste with salt and pepper. Pour it over the fish,
cover with aluminum foil and boil the fish in the middle of the oven at 390F for about 20 minutes or until white and firm.
Serve and enjoy! You can substitute the dill with
chives, parsley or basil.
