CORN SALAD WITH CHEESE DRESSING
Majssallad med ostdressing
1 large carrot
4 spring onions or 1 leek
1 small head iceberg lettuce
1 ¾ oz gorgonzola cheese
¾ cup cold vegetable bouillon
salt, pepper
Strain the corn and put it in a bowl. Rinse and trim
the radishes and cut them in slices or wedges. Blend them in together with the
corn. Rinse, trim and peel the carrot, then finely dice it. Rinse and trim the
spring onions or leek. Slice the green part, chop the white. Put scant ¼ cup of
the green, sliced onsion aside. Mix carrot and onions with corn and radishes.
Majssallad med ostdressing
A salad excellent for the picknick or the buffet
table. Mix it with the dressing or serve the dressing separately.

1 can corn, scant 12 oz
1 bunch radishes1 large carrot
4 spring onions or 1 leek
1 small head iceberg lettuce
1 ¾ oz gorgonzola cheese
¾ cup cold vegetable bouillon
salt, pepper
Rinse the salad and cut in mouthful-sized chunks.
Crumble the gorgonzola cheese and put in a mixer with the bouillon and run to a
smooth crème. Flavour to taste with salt and pepper. Mix dressing and lettuce
with the vegetables and sprinkle with the reserved leek or spring onions. Serve
with e.g. barbecued meat or fill a lunch baguette with the salad.
