MEAT AND VEGETABLE PAN

3 carrots
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
1½ to 2 teaspoons salt
ground white pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fresh or dried oregano
1 can crushed tomatoes, 14 oz
5 oz frozen green peas
1 bunch parsley
Brown the
ground meat until crumbly in a frying pan on medium heat. Peel and thinly slice
the carrots. Peel and chop onions and garlic. Add this to the pan and let fry
for a while. You can also first fry the vegetables in the oil and then add the
ground meat. Flavour with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.

is another favourite. It disappears in no time and it is the
ultimate everyday dish.

1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fresh or dried oregano
1 can crushed tomatoes, 14 oz
5 oz frozen green peas
1 bunch parsley
Add the
crushed tomatoes and let it all simmer on medium heat until the sauce has
thickened slightly. Add the peas and heat them through. Rinse and chop the
parsley and blend it into the casserole shortly before serving with rice or
pasta.
If you
add another can of crushed tomatoes you’ll get a pasta sauce for 8 people.
Serve with bread to dip in the sauce.
