Pappas kyckling
Chicken is delicious and good for you. If you serve it
for a party, use some cream in the sauce – it lifts the taste.

8 small onions2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon paprika
salt, pepper
¼ cup white wine
2/3 cup water
¾ cup whipping cream
3 to 4 teaspoons Maizena
¾ to 1 chicken bouillon cube
3 tablespoons chopped parsley

Flavour the chicken with salt and pepper. Pour on 1
tablespoon water, put on a lid and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Add the
onions to the pot and fry for another 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
Add the wine when there are about 5 minutes left.

water, cream, Maizena, bouillon cube and parsley. Boil the sauce for a few
minutes. Flavour to taste with salt and pepper.
