1 tablespoon finely chopped chili pepper (optional)
2/3 to ¾ cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt, white pepper
1 red or green bell pepper
½ onion
¾ to 1 ¼ cups grated cheese
Heat the oven to 390F.
Partykyckling
An easy-to-make recipe for chicken that is suitable
for any occasion. Serve it on a bed of flavourful rice and don’t forget the
salad!

4 chicken fillets, 1 to 1 1/3 lbs
paprika1 tablespoon finely chopped chili pepper (optional)
2/3 to ¾ cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt, white pepper
1 red or green bell pepper

¾ to 1 ¼ cups grated cheese
Heat the oven to 390F.
Place the chicken fillets in a deep dish and sprinkle
with paprika and optional chili pepper. Mix pineapple juice and lemon juice and
pour this over the chicken. Marinate the fillets for a few hours or overnight.
Turn the chicken occasionally. Transfer to an oven-proof dish and flavour with
salt and pepper. Fry the chicken in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
Cut the bell pepper in rings and slice the onion. Put
this on the chicken in the dish and pour half of the marinade on top. Sprinkle
with grated cheese and fry for another 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
Serve and enjoy!
