e.g. penne
3 tablespoons olive oil2 slices shredded bacon
1 chopped white onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 large red chilli fruit, trimmed and

until it starts to get tender. Add garlic and chilli and fry for 1 minute. Add
crushed tomatoes, blend in the tomato paste and ¼ cup water. Bring to a boil,

Blend tomato sauce and parsley with the pasta. Heat
up for about 2 minutes while stirring until everything is well blended and
heated through. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
You can substitute the bacon with a spicy sausage,
e.g. Italian salami, chorizo or some other sausage. You can also add black or
green olives to your liking.
Enjoy!
