SOMETHING GOOD WITH PASTA
Spaghettigott
1 large onion
1 tart apple
1 teaspoon curry
¼ cup water or dry white wine
Boil the pasta. Meanwhile, finely dice the pork and chop onions and apple. Let the pork slowly warm up in the frying pan until some of the fat has rendered. Flavour with curry and add onions and apple. Pour in some water or dry white wine and let it all fry for a couple of minutes.

7 oz tagliatelle
7 oz lightly salted side of pork1 large onion

Spread out the tagliatelle on a warm serving plate
and top with the pork-onion-apple mix. Serve with some grated cheese and a
tossed green salad.
