Bell pepper tomato spaghetti - Spaghetti med tomatpaprika (retro)

BELL PEPPER TOMATO SPAGHETTI
Spaghetti med tomatpaprika

4 to 6 servings

1½ tablespoons butter or margarine
1 onion
1 garlic clove
½ lb ground meat
½ lb tomatoes
1 red and 1 green bell pepper
1 bunch parsley
¾ to 1 ¼ cups bouillon or water
salt, white pepper, dried thyme
grated cheese, preferably Parmesan
spaghetti for 4 to 6 people
water, salt


Chop the onion and sautée it in the fat together with the ground meat and the whole garlic clove. Take up the garlic and add finely cut tomatoes and chopped bell peppers. Let sizzle for a while and then dilute with bouillon or water. Flavour the sauce to taste, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti in lightly salted water. Drain and then mix it with a little grated cheese. Put the spaghetti on a warm serving plate. Stir the chopped parsley into the meat sauce and pour it over the pasta. Sprinkle with some grated cheese and also serve cheese separately.
