1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon Chinese soy sauce
½ lb carrots

after half the time.
Kyckling med kryddsmak
This is a recipe from the 70s, and at that time in
Sweden, ”spicy” didn’t mean what it means today – so please don’t expect it to
be hot-hot-hot!
4 servings
1 large chicken, cut in serving-sized pieces
2 tablespoons butter, margarine or oilsalt, white pepper
dash marjoram and thyme
2/3 cup hot water
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon Chinese soy sauce
½ lb carrots
Take the chicken and carrots up and add some more
water to the sauce. Add tomato purée and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Put the
chicken and carrots back and heat through.
Serve with boiled rice and a green salad.
Enjoy!
