Kryddiga vardagsjärpar
1 lb ground meat (50/50)
1 egg
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons finely chopped leafy parsley
1 teaspoon flaked salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Trim the crusts off the bread and throw them away or
feed them to the birds! Put the bread in the milk. Mix bread, ground meat,
eggs, garlic, fennel, chili flakes, parsley, salt and 1 tablespoon oil in a
large bowl. Blend everything together to a smooth batter, cover with plastic
foil and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight, so that the tastes develop
really well.
