SPICY
HONEY PORK WOK
Kryddig fläskwok med honung
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
4 spring onions, cut in about 1 inch pieces
3 tablespoons honey
¾ cup chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Wrap the pork up in plastic foil and put it in the
freezer for 1 hour, until the meat is firm to the touch without being deep
frozen – it makes it easier to cut it in thin slices. Heat up 1 tablespoon oil
on high heat in a wok or a heavy-bottomed frying pan. Wok half of the meat for
2 minutes until browned all around. Transfer the meat to a bowl. Heat up
another tablespoon oil and wok remaining meat. Transfer that to the bowl as
well. Heat up remaining oil and wok the garlic, ginger and spring onions for 1
minute.
