Spicy pork chops - Kryddkotletter

SPICY PORK CHOPS
Kryddkotletter

A great combo of pork chops, bell peppers and onions …

4 servings

4 pork chops
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dried thyme
black pepper
2 red or green bell peppers
2 onions
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup meat bouillon

Mix salt and spices and rub this into the chops. Trim and shred the bell peppers. Peel and slice the onions. Melt 1 tbsp fat in a large frying pan or pot and sizzle sweet peppers and onion until tender. Blend in the paprika and pour on the bouillon, then let it all boil, covered and on low heat, for about 20 minutes.

Flavour the onion mixture to taste, then serve the pork chops with, e.g., boiled or mashed potatoes and a salad.
