Delicious chocolate cake - Fin chokladkaka

DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE CAKE
Fin chokladkaka

A lovely, delicious chocolate cake which keeps juicy for a long time. Both finely chopped and melted chocolate are among the ingredients.

1 cake

3½ oz butter or margarine
1/3 cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
1 ¾ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 ¾ to 2½ oz chopped chocolate
1 cup milk


Stir fat, brown sugar and sugar until fluffy. Add melted chocolate and eggs, one by one, and beat until the batter is light and airy. Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and chopped chocolate together. Stir this into the batter, add the milk and stir until well blended.

Pour the batter in a greased, breaded cake ring (Bundt pan), 6 cups. Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes or until the cake loosens from the pan and is dry in the middle when you try with a skewer. Leave in the pan for a few minutes. Unmould onto a rack and let cool completely.
